• Membership must be active and fully paid 

• Membership cards are non-transferable 

• Discounts apply per transaction / per bill only 

• Members must present their valid VFCA membership card

• Lost cards must be reported to VFCA/Bayanihan Centre for replacement

Membership Fee

Your membership is just $15.00 per year—and every dollar makes a difference:

• $10 supports VFCA/BCHS community programs and events
